Bio

Amy graduated with a Master of Science in Chiropractic (Merit) from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2018. She has since worked in diverse clinical settings, from central London to rural Wales, before settling in the North West and joining the team at Align Spinal Health. She was drawn to the clinic’s patient-centred approach, which aligns perfectly with her commitment to delivering high-quality, individualised care.

Amy is a certified and licensed Sports Chiropractor (FICS) and has worked with a wide range of people, including athletes, office workers, and even farmers with chronic injuries. She was also part of the medical team for the Manchester Storm Elite Ice Hockey Team. Her clinical interests include instability, headaches, sports injuries, and supporting active individuals in conditioning their bodies to meet the demands of their lifestyle.

Alongside chiropractic care, Amy offers both 1:1 Clinical Pilates and group Pilates classes. Her approach focuses on taking the guesswork out of injury recovery by developing personalised plans that reflect each patient’s unique lifestyle, hobbies, and movement patterns.

Amy believes that chiropractic treatment helps “fix the engine,” but true long-term results come from restoring control and coordination—like fine-tuning the brakes and steering. Through education and tailored rehabilitation, she helps patients feel more in control of their bodies and confident in their movement.

Working with Amy is a collaborative process. Together, you’ll identify the root cause of your symptoms, define your goals, and build a treatment plan that fits your life and supports lasting results.

When she’s not in clinic, Amy enjoys sitting quietly with a book and embracing her inner introvert. She also dedicates serious time to her side job as a full-time plant mum (and part-time plant revival specialist). On days when she ventures outdoors, you’ll likely find her riding horses, hiking, practicing Pilates, lifting weights, or rehabbing herself from whichever of those activities went slightly too far.
